If summer nights have you dodging the stove and planning dinner around what you can prep ahead, this 5-night meal plan’s here to help. With a mix of sandwiches, bowls, and quick-cook mains, most of the work can happen in advance. When dinnertime rolls around, you’re not scrambling.

A few make-ahead grains, chilled sauces, or pre-assembled fillings go a long way. And if something doesn’t fit your mood, no problem. Just log in to swap things out and build a plan that works for you.

In This Meal Plan

This 5 day meal plan starts with a chicken bacon ranch sandwich that hits all the right comfort notes, crispy, creamy, and great for make-ahead lunches too. Then it’s onto grilled kofta kabab sandwiches layered with herbs, spice, and cooling yogurt sauce.

The focaccia pressed sandwich brings no-cook ease with all the layered, marinated flavor you’d expect from a deli counter (minus the trip).

Midweek, seared tuna poke bowls offer something light but satisfying, built on a base of grains you can prep in advance. Blackened shrimp tacos round out the dinners with smoky heat and a fresh crunch. And to finish? A peach crisp that’s just as good straight from the oven as it is chilled the next day.
