This recipe is for RiceSelect’s Royal Blend, not the all–whole-grain version. It combines Texmati white rice, brown rice, wild rice, and Thai red rice. The whole grains are precooked and dried so they cook at the same rate as the white rice, perfectly even, fluffy results every time.

Place the rice, water (or broth), and salt in the Instant Pot.
Secure the lid and place the valve in the sealed position.
Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Check the label on your rice and make sure it is the correct Royal Blend (Signature Varietal Blend). If you have the Royal Blend with whole grains, it will need to cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
Allow the Instant Pot to release pressure naturally for 10 minutes then release the rest of the pressure manually.
Notes
Use the right blend. This method is for RiceSelect Royal Blend, which includes Texmati white rice plus precooked brown, wild, and Thai red rice. It won’t work the same for the all–whole-grain version.Turn off “Keep Warm.” Leaving that setting on can cause the rice to dry out and stick to the bottom of the pot.Use the trivet if you double the batch. It helps distribute heat more evenly and prevents scorching.Rest before fluffing. Let the rice sit for a minute or two after releasing pressure. This helps the grains separate cleanly.Storage tip. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge. Reheat with a splash of broth or water to restore moisture.
