Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F. See the notes if you want a crispy crust.
Place the naan bread on a baking sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over the top of each naan bread.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
Add toppings of choice. You only need a small handful of toppings per pizza. If you get carried away and make the toppings too thick, the pizzas will take longer to bake and the crust can burn.
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until the cheese melts and gets bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil and crushed red pepper if desired.

Tip for crispy crust: Bake naan directly on the oven rack for 2–3 minutes per side before adding toppings.
All meat should be fully cooked before assembling. Most raw vegetables won’t cook through; pre-cook them as needed.
