Add half of the blue cheese and all of the cream to a small saucepan. Heat on medium heat until the cheese melts. Stir in the garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the blue cheese. If you want a chunkier sauce let it sit for 5 minutes before you stir in the rest of the cheese.
Use warm or cold as a sauce for burgers and steak or as a dip. It will thicken up as it cools. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
