1cupshredded Pepper Jack cheese
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
8ouncesdeli ham
8ouncesdeli turkey
Instructions
Blend the cream cheese with the Dijon, garlic powder, salt and pepper until it is creamy and smooth.
Spread some of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortillas. Top with Pepper Jack cheese; then add a layer of ham. Create a layer of cheddar cheese; then a layer of turkey.
Roll the tortillas or flatbread up snuggly, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until chilled.
Slice into 1-inch sections and serve.
Notes
Any flatbread will work as long as it is soft and flexible.
The pinwheels slice easier if they firm up in the fridge first.
