Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 10 inch flour tortillas or Lavash flatbread
  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces deli ham
  • 8 ounces deli turkey

Instructions

  • Blend the cream cheese with the Dijon, garlic powder, salt and pepper until it is creamy and smooth.
  • Spread some of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortillas. Top with Pepper Jack cheese; then add a layer of ham. Create a layer of cheddar cheese; then a layer of turkey.
  • Roll the tortillas or flatbread up snuggly, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until chilled.
  • Slice into 1-inch sections and serve.

Notes

  • Any flatbread will work as long as it is soft and flexible.
  • The pinwheels slice easier if they firm up in the fridge first.
