Blue cheese sauce drizzling down a steak burger.

Blue Cheese Sauce

Blue cheese sauce is an indispensable side for burgers, steak, fries, and just about anything you can dream about. This is a melty, spreadable, dippable sauce that tastes great warm or cold. It will thicken up when it cools. If you want it pourable again, just blitz it in the microwave.
