Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1- pint strawberries halved
  • 3 to 4 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 3-4 mangoes peeled and cut into cubes

Honey Yogurt dressing:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place the cut-up fruit in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the dressing and mix it well. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss well.
