Ingredients
3-¾
cups
water or chicken broth

pound
dry Adzuki beans
2
whole bay leaves
1
teaspoon
salt

Instructions
Rinse the dried beans and pick out any pebbles if you find them.
Add the water or broth to the pot, toss in the adzuki beans, bay leaf, and salt.
Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 21 minutes (23 minutes if you want them soft enough to mash).
Let the Instant Pot release pressure naturally, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the bay leaves, taste the beans and add more seasoning if needed.
