Pineapple Mango Salsa

Pineapple mango salsa is fast and easy to make. It has the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors that goes with just about everything. It especially makes a great complement to fish, pork, and chicken but can also be used as a dip or topping for tacos, nachos, and salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 large fresh mangos chopped
  • 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks
  • ½ medium onion diced
  • 1 large red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 fresh serrano chili pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeño chili pepper seeded and finely diced
  • 3-4 fresh green scallions white and green, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 fresh limes juiced
  • Cilantro sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all the chopped ingredients to a large bowl, sprinkle with sea salt and squeeze the lime juice over the top.
  • Toss to combine and transfer to a serving dish.
