Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons sumac spice
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 2-1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon ground allspice
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well combined. Store in an airtight container.
