Strawberry  Protein  Smoothie

Our strawberry protein smoothie will help keep you feeling full and energized all morning long. The combination of fresh strawberries and protein powder creates a creamy and flavorful smoothie that’s as nutritious as it is delicious.

– milk, dairy or non-dairy – protein powder – plain yogurt, dairy or non-dairy –  vanilla extract – frozen strawberries


Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure the lid

Step One

Blend on the lowest speed for five seconds and slowly increase speed to maximum.

Step Two

If you want the smoothie thinner, add additional milk.

– You can replace the yogurt with cottage cheese or ricotta cheese for an extra boost of protein.
