Ingredients – 2 to 3 large fresh mangos, chopped – 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks – ½ medium onion, diced – 1 large red bell pepper, chopped – 1 fresh serrano chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped – 1 fresh jalapeño chili pepper, seeded and finely diced – 3-4 fresh green scallions, white and green, chopped – 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro – ¼ teaspoon sea salt – 2 fresh limes, juiced – Cilantro sprigs for garnish
