This ultra moist blackberry lemon bread is bursting with fresh blackberry and tart lemon. It has a swirl of blackberry running through the loaf and a sweet lemon glaze.
Layer the two batters. Start with the batter that has the fresh blackberries then add all or part of the batter with jam. If you want an extra swirl, repeat the layers.
Cut through the batter with a knife and place it in the oven to bake. A beautiful purple ripple will swirl throughout the blackberry bread.
