Ingredients – 1 to 1-½ pounds Brussels sprouts – 2 tablespoons olive oil Honey Sriracha Glaze – 2-½ tablespoons honey – 1 tablespoon soy sauce – 2 teaspoons lime juice – 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce – ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove
Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them on a sheet pan and toss in olive oil. Arrange in a single layer and roast until tender and slightly charred.
In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, sriracha, and garlic and set aside.
When the Brussels sprouts are fork tender, remove them from the oven and toss them with the honey sriracha mixture.
Return the pan to the oven and roast for the last 5 minutes. Transfer them to a serving bowl and enjoy!
