Sourdough Cake Donuts

Ingredients – ⅔ cup sugar – ⅔ cup sour cream – ⅓ cup sourdough starter discard – 1 egg – 1 egg yolk – 2 tablespoons butter, melted – 1 tablespoon oil – 1-½ teaspoons vanilla extract – 1-¾ cups all purpose flour (210 grams) – 1-¾ teaspoons baking powder – ½ teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

1. Combine wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.
