Ingredients: Chicken, herbs, garlic, lemon, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, and one beer can (full of beer). You can also use a wine can.

Make the herb garlic butter then smother it on the chicken. Make sure to get under the skin and inside the cavity.

Stuff the bird with herbs and lemon. Pour some beer in a dish then place it in a rack and slide the chicken over the top of the beer can.

Smoke the chicken on the pellet grill (or a regular grill and use a smoke tube). Make sure to baste the chicken with the drippings a few times while it smokes.
